Maintenance, taxes and repairs are just a few additional responsibilities that new LHFH homeowners will face.

Homeowners will pay an interest-free mortgage. No cash down payment is required, but recipients contribute their down payment through sweat equity.

All new LHFH homeowners are encouraged to join the Homeowners Association. This is a great opportunity to meet other homeowners that have had similar experiences.
