Homeownership Program Pre-Application
Through new construction and remodeled homes we offer a variety of quality, affordable, energy- efficient housing opportunities to qualifying families. Houses are built and renovated in Fayette County and sold to approved applicants through an affordable mortgage. Complete the pre-application below to get started. The Lexington Habitat Family Services department will respond within 30 days of receiving your application.
