LHFH Welcomes New Members to its Board of Directors

LEXINGTON (July 21, 2026) – Lexington Habitat for Humanity is delighted to welcome four new members to its Board of Directors: Karen Blakeman (Ivy Lane Corporation), David Lambert (Messer Construction), Brenda Ramsey (Citizen Foster Care Review Board) and Philip Sturgill (Gray).

The organization also welcomes a new Executive Committee. Peter Carew (Jones Lang Lasalle) will serve as Chair. William Sharp (CMTA, Inc.) will serve as Vice-Chair, Brenda Weaver (Community Ventures) as Secretary and Scott Romans (Crosslin PLLC) as Treasurer.

These community leaders will bring valuable experience and perspectives to the Board of Directors as it helps Lexington Habitat respond to rising housing costs and the growing demand for affordable homeownership in our community.
