LEXINGTON (March 12, 2025) – Lexington Habitat for Humanity is thrilled to partner with Gray, a fully integrated global service provider with deep roots in the construction industry. Based in Lexington, KY, Gray is sponsoring the construction of a new townhome at Seventh Street and Maple Avenue. The build kicked off yesterday, March 11, with volunteers from Gray beginning to frame the home and raise the first walls.

The home is the fifth townhome to be constructed in Lexington Habitat’s second-ever townhome project. Homebuyer Tionna looks forward to having a stable, affordable place to raise her family. She will join Gray on the construction site as she completes “sweat equity” hours, an aspect of Lexington Habitat’s homebuyer program that encourages homebuyers to participate in building their home alongside volunteers and sponsors.
